Corn Maze
Ever since living in North Carolina, I have always wanted to go to a corn maze! After about 6 years of being in this state, this year was my lucky year!
We went mainly for the kids, so decided to do the kiddie corn maze that was free with the general admission instead of paying to go through the big one! And honestly, I think that we would not have enjoyed the big corn maze as much as we did the little one!
We started out letting Jude ride the miniature horse. He was still a bit timid, but did not cry. But he did seem to like the fake blow up horse way better!
We let the kids play on the play ground for a while, checked out the small pumpkin patch, and then decided to check out the corn maze.
Jude playing "king of the hay stacks", he would climb to the top and then jump off!
Our best attempt at a pumpkin patch picture:
Jude was very excited to begin our journey into the corn maze.
Eden on the other hand, needed a little encouragment!
We had so much fun together as a family playing in the corn maze! We were the only ones in there, and it inevitably was a big circle with little cut through paths, so no one would get too lost. We started to let the kids walk ahead of us, and then would run around a scare them (I know it sounds terrible!)
The picture below was the first time Michael scared Eden:
After see saw it was Daddy and realized we were playing a game, it was on and the fun began!
I kept my camera out for the first bit to catch their expressions as they would come around the corner!
It is so much fun to be able to play with the kids and enjoy myself! Tonight was a big reminder of how quickly they are growing up! Just see my two little babies walk off into the corn maze by themselves, brought tears to my eyes! I know I am raising these to children to be able to go off on their own, but I am afraid the time is passing way too quickly!

So glad J and I got to see you all there! They are just adorable! Your pics are fun! Come on over to my blog and join up. http://debblings.wordpress.com/
