Jude is Two: Birthday Party #2
Last Saturday, we celebrated Jude’s 2nd birthday for the second time!
This time with his Florida friends and family!
He was excited about his big day, to say the least!
We had a few water toys, a slip-n-slide, a kiddie pool and tons of sprinklers!
There ended up being 44 people come including 16 kids!
What a bunch of smiling faces!
For a month now we have been singing Happy Birthday to Jude every night before bed! He gets so happy at the end when he gets to blow out is pretend candles. It is so cute to see how excited he got over having real candles to blow out!
What a great job! He even clapped for himself!
And he LOVES cake! He has been asking for it for breakfast everyday!
We had a few little guest come too! Tricia with Carly and Jenny with Isaac.
Eden and Carly are a few months apart!
And for some reason, Eden always makes this face when she gets excited!
Maybe she learned it from Aunt April!
Matthew even came prepared to get wet! Unfortunately, he just wanted to sleep!
Below are four generations of daughters!
And above are all the girls minus Cali!
We missed Cali, but I am glad her little boy Lance was still able to come!
He is such a cutie and gave me the best smiles of the day!
The three below, Sam, Hannah, and Jude, were the last kids left.
I think they could have played together all day!
Being that the party was outside, Jude did not want to stop playing to open his presents! I decided that is wasn’t a big deal and didn’t make him. Instead I put them all inside for him to open after his nap! It really worked out great! The only thing is that he wants to play with whatever present he just opened. We had to coax him into opening them all! It was a rather long process to get them all opened! I guess it is better than not caring about any of them and always wanting more! So here are some pictures below since no one else was able to see him open his gifts!
Thank you so much for everyone that came. Michael and I are truly grateful to you all for helping make Jude’s birthday so rich! He is one blessed boy!
