Updates on Jude and Eden!

A few quick updates on Jude:

He has and is cutting eight teeth at one time!

He still has a very limited vocabulary, but can understand anything we say. If you ask him to go get your phone/ shoes (whatever) out of the livingroom/ bedroom (where ever) He will quickly go run and get whatever it is and bring it to us! This has been a big help for me in these last few weeks of my pregnancy!

He is obsessed with shoes. He will drag out shoes from everywhere and carry them around the house. He always has a matching pair though!

He loves to clean! ...Or "pretend" clean! He pulls out dish rags, and will scrub the floor, cabnits, chairs for quite a while. Who needs toys when you can teach your kids to love cleaning! :)

He has become quite the picky eater! If he does not like what your a feeding him, he will not eat it and instead point to what he would rather be eating!

He still LOVES birds!

He loves legos.. or loves to tear them apart! Michael and I will build a big tower, and the second we add the last block, Jude begins to violently rip it apart. And he leaves no two blocks together!

He also loves to music. He likes to play the panio and sing. Everyday when I lay him down for a nap, he hums himself to sleep. He is so sweet!

Updates on Eden:

Tomorrow I will be 37 weeks! I have had a few conplications during this last trimester. They noticed I had a little bit too much amniotic fluid. At 30 weeks, I began to go to the Dr every week to be monitered. The fluid levels kept rising and I was offically dignosed with polyhydrmnios. This does make the pregnancy uncomfortable, especailly during the last few weeks. Eden is very active due to the fact that she has alot more room to move and swim around! I am finding it impossible to sleep because of the nonstop movement. I am also having alot of cramping because of the extra weight I am having to carry.

There are several things that could cause polyhydrmnios, but they have not been able to find an exact cause. I am currently still going to the Maternal-Fetal Medicine Doctor and my regular OB Doctor every week. I have had at least one 4D ultrasound every month of this pregnancy and sometimes more! So far, everything has looks great with Eden. In fact, from the pictures, she looks just like Jude! However, there can still be a few complications with the dilevery and her health after she is born.

We know that God is soverign and He is capable of giving us a child with perfect health. But if he chooses not to, he is still in control and is a good and gracious God. We are thankful for the joy that Eden has already brought into our lives just by being in my womb!

As of now, I am scheduled for a c-section on Nov. 25th, black Friday. But if they see the fluid levels go up any in the next two weeks, they will go ahead and take her then! So no turning back now! Ready or not, we are having a baby two weeks from tomorrow!
