Is My Belly Getting Big?

Yes, this is my little Jude. He is looking more and more like a little boy, and less like my little baby! The month of October has come and gone, and now we have reached the scary month of November! This is the month in which my second child will be born! With each day that passes, I feel larger and larger, excited, nervous, and anxious all at the time. Jude must be also be noticing me getting larger, because he has become obsessed with my belly! He is constantly wanting to pull my shirt up and touch it! But not only is he concerned with my stomach growing larger, I think he is concerned that his may be growing too! He will pull his shirt up and check his stomach numerous times a day.

This week, we were able to return to our afternoon outside routine (we have had a too many mosquitoes to do anything outside lately due to all the rain), I brought my camera along with me in hopes of getting a few new photos of Jude, but he was too concerned with my belly and his to stop and smile for me! (I'll spare the photos of him pulling up my shirt!) 

I was able to distract him for a little bit as we took a walk down the path, but about that time Michael pulled up from work. Jude's face lit up when he saw his daddy's car and he took off towards him! It is so sweet to see how much he loves his daddy!

Jude has brought so much joy into our lives! He is constantly reminding us how great the love of God is towards us. God gave his son as a sacrifice so that we could have life. He showed us a love that I can't even begin to understand! We pray everyday that Jude will know and accept this truth and that he will want to use his life to share God's love with everyone he encounters!
