Nursery Progress...
So we have less than three months to finish preparing for Baby Eden. And I must say that there isn't much left to do: sew a extra set of sheets, make a few pillows, and hang pictures. This week I have gotten back in the swing of things and completed most of the projects I was working on. Here are some pictures of the finished work:
Recovering the glider cushions we not as bad as I though it would be!
This is our favorite part of the nursery!
Now the Dora the Explorer foam couch on the other hand,
was the single hardest thing I have sewn!
I love the look, but I do not think I will ever attempt to do it again!
Jude plays on the couch everyday.
I was originally going to recover it for him,
but he already has a brown arm chair in his room!
(notice the new rug also)
The diaper stacker:
The changing pad cover:
The curtains and valance:
Some of the art work. (I have been spray painting like crazy)
Moasic pictures made with scraps of fabric.
I am excited to see it all come together.
It will still look alot different once everything is in place!
We did get to see her this week.
She had her face turned towards us,
so we were able to get awesome 3D pictures of her face!
She weighs about 2lbs 2ozs.
It is hard to believe this pregnancy is almost over!
I hope she likes her bright, colorful room! :)
