The Happiest Place on Earth
After growing up in central Florida, Disney is not a place that I love to visit. Although I must admit that since we have moved back to Florida, I have gone two times. Having Jude has made me tolerate going, and I have actually enjoyed myself. Here are a few pictures to document our visits.
The first time we went was with my dearest friends from college Monica and Andrew. We were able to go to Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Epcot.
Jude was great the entire trip. I had to nurse him for the first time in public. (I was petrified) I also had my friend's stroller which had a rather large tag on the cushion. Jude was more interested in the tag than looking at anything at Disney! For some reason he loves tags! If you give him a toy, he will find the tag on it and put it in his mouth. There is a picture in the collage below that illustrates my point.

On Saturday, my Grandparents, two Uncles, two Aunts, three cousins, sister, Jude and I all went to Magic Kingdom . After lunch, Grandpa, April, Jude and I went to Epcot. Let me just say that out of the four Disney parks, the Magic Kingdom is my least favorite. It is too crowded! I would much rather go to Sea World over Disney any day!! But none the less, here are our pictures from this weekend! We did have a good time!
Funny story- when we went to Epcot, Grandpa said he wanted to wait for us at the entrance because his feet were hurting. So when April and I were ready to leave we found him asleep laying on the side of a planter with his shoes off! (in case you were wondering about the pictures above!)
Overall, Jude was great the entire day. He did get to ride his first ride - Peter Pan. It was scary, for me! Honestly, I can not believe they let you carry babies on that! Needless to say, there were no more rides for us the rest of the day!
It has taken Jude a few days to catch up on his rest. Sunday night he slept through his dinner and didn't wake up in the morning. I did try to go wake him up at 8:30, but when I picked him up, he put his head back on my shoulder and continued to snore. So I figured it wouldn't hurt him to miss one meal!

If anyone is coming in town to go to Disney, let us know. We may decide to come along. It is starting to grow on me! :)
